This is an informational website. It does not ask you to upload documents, does not host case files, and does not contain accounts, dashboards, or checkout. We do not want your case material through this website, and there is no facility here to accept it.
What is collected automatically
This site is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, request time, and user agent — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is part of serving the site. This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no analytics scripts.
What you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply. Please do not send confidential case material, privileged documents, or sensitive personal information to us by email — we are not your attorneys, and email is not a confidential channel for legal material.
Retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as useful for answering your enquiry and keeping a normal business record. You can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what correspondence we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected].
When software is released
Blue Collar Briefs has no products for sale at this time. If we release software, this notice will be updated before any purchase or installation is possible, and it will describe what the software stores, where it stores it, and what is transmitted. We will not make confidentiality, encryption, or privilege claims about that software unless they are accurate and we can support them.

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
